Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect bladder and bowel control, intimacy, movement, and daily comfort., but it’s not something you have to live with. I offer individualized treatments to help restore balance, strength, and coordination in the pelvic muscles so you can feel in control of your body again.
-
A strong, coordinated core is essential for stability, movement, and pelvic health at every stage of life. Whether you're healing from diastasis recti, rebuilding strength after pregnancy, or looking to improve stability for yoga, strength training, or endurance sports, I provide personalized strategies to restore core function. Through targeted therapy and movement training, I help improve posture, enhance coordination, and support overall performance—so you can move with confidence in daily life and in your sport.
-
Muscle tightness, chronic pain, and trigger points can limit mobility and impact performance. Dry needling is a targeted technique that releases deep muscular tension, improves blood flow, and accelerates recovery. Whether you’re active, returning to movement, or managing chronic pain, this therapy helps reduce pain and enhance movement so you can stay active and perform at your best.
-
Post-surgical recovery can sometimes lead to tightness, numbness, or discomfort around your scar. Whether from a c-section, hysterectomy, post-prostatectomy, or more, with gentle manual therapy, I help improve tissue mobility, decrease restrictions, and promote better healing for smoother movement and less pain.
-
Healing after birth takes time, and I’m here to help you recover with confidence. Whether you’ve had a vaginal delivery or C-section, I provide gentle therapy to restore core strength, address diastasis recti, improve scar mobility, and support your pelvic floor as you return to daily activities.
-
Your body is undergoing major changes, and physical therapy can help manage discomfort, improve mobility, and prepare you for delivery. I provide hands-on techniques and tailored exercises to support your pelvic floor, ease lower back pain, and enhance overall stability throughout pregnancy.
-
If you're preparing for pregnancy—whether naturally or through assisted reproductive techniques like IVF—gentle, targeted physical therapy can improve circulation, reduce tension, and optimize pelvic health. My approach supports your body's natural function, creating an ideal foundation for conception.

Meet Your Physical Therapist
Joanna Pavlak, PT, DPT, PRFS
I’m Joanna Pavlak, a passionate pelvic health physical therapist specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care. With over five years of experience in pelvic health, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through every stage of their journey, from optimizing fertility and pelvic wellness to navigating pregnancy changes and postpartum recovery. I am a Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist (PRFS), certified through Triggered Academy, with advanced training in fertility-focused physical therapy, menstrual cycle support, and care for both natural conception and IVF.
I founded Fertility PT to provide personalized, hands-on care for those seeking to optimize their reproductive health and overall well-being. My approach blends evidence-based treatment with a compassionate, holistic mindset, helping patients feel empowered, strong, and connected to their bodies.
As a mom myself, I understand the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I bring this perspective into every session, ensuring patients feel supported, heard, and cared for throughout their care.
I chose to establish Fertility PT at Altitude Social House because of its welcoming community of wellness-focused professionals.and shared commitment to whole-body health. As a regular at Rogue Awakening myself, the space and energy felt like a natural fit.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me traveling, baking, spending time with my family. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and connect with those ready to take an active role in their health.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
