Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Supporting pelvic health, pregnancy, fertility, and lifelong function

Expert care

Advanced training in pelvic health

Pelvic health is a specialty, not a general physical therapy skill. Care here is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with additional certification as a Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist (PRFS), training most general PT clinics simply don’t offer.

That expertise is grounded in evidence-based practice, not a one-size-fits-all protocol, so your specific history and goals shape your care from the very first visit.

  • Pain with sitting, exercise, or daily movement
  • Pain with penetration or intimacy
  • Tailbone, hip, or pelvic girdle pain
  • Chronic pelvic or lower abdominal pain

Our Approach

Heal, Strengthen, Empower

Pelvic health challenges show up in a lot of areas of life. Whether you are navigating pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy or postpartum recovery, or preparing your body for fertility, care here is compassionate, one-on-one, and built around what you actually need.

Physical therapy here focuses on helping you reconnect with your body, reduce pain, and move with more confidence. The goal is to support both your physical well-being and your peace of mind, because when your body feels supported, everything else feels more manageable.

One-on-One Care

Every session is one-on-one with Joanna directly, not passed between aides or rotating providers, so there’s time to listen, evaluate, and adjust your plan as you progress.

What We Treat

Services

At Fertility PT, care covers specialized, hands-on pelvic health physical therapy for pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, core and abdominal concerns, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and fertility support. Whether you’re managing symptoms, rebuilding strength, or preparing your body for a specific goal, treatment is personalized to restore function, reduce pain, and support long-term well-being. Your journey is personal, and your care should be too.

Not sure where to start? Book a consultation and let’s work together to help you move, feel, and live better.

Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect bladder control, intimacy, and daily movement, but it’s not something you have to just live with. Individualized treatment restores strength and coordination in the pelvic muscles so you feel in control of your body again.

Joanna Pavlak, PT, DPT, PRFS

I’m Joanna Pavlak, a pelvic health physical therapist specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care. With over five years of experience in pelvic health, I’ve supported people through fertility care, pregnancy changes, and postpartum recovery. I am a Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist (PRFS), certified through Triggered Academy, with advanced training in fertility-focused physical therapy, menstrual cycle support, and care for both natural conception and IVF.

I founded Fertility PT to provide personalized, hands-on care for people working on their reproductive health and overall well-being. My approach blends evidence-based treatment with a compassionate, holistic mindset, so patients feel strong and connected to their bodies again.

As a mom myself, I understand the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and I bring that perspective into every session. Patients should feel supported, heard, and cared for throughout their care.

I chose to establish Fertility PT at Altitude Social House because of its welcoming community of wellness-focused professionals and shared commitment to whole-body health. As a regular at Rogue Awakening myself, the space and energy felt like a natural fit.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me traveling, baking, and spending time with my family. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and connect with those ready to take an active role in their health.

I look forward to working with you.
